The easiest way to get started with Stacktical is to use the Cloud scalability testing method. It's a perfect way to measure your scalability without worrying about meeting the system, hardware and network requirements of the Stacktical "Will it scale?" Docker Application.

Platform Requirements

Now that your service been configured,
You can run a Cloud test from our website in 3 simple steps:

Run a Cloud Scalability Test using the API

Creating a tech stack on Stacktical enables you to access the Stacktical API.

You can generate your APP_ID  and  API_KEY API credentials from the dedicated section at the bottom of your Service management page.
API credentials are automatically generated when you create a new Tech Stack.

You will also need the SVC_ID of the Service you want to run the test against.

Now running a Cloud Scalability Testing using the API is as simple as running the following command from a REST client :

curl -X POST \
 https://stacktical.com/v1/willitscale/{SVC_ID} \
  -H 'content-type: application/json' \
  -H 'authorization: Bearer: {API_KEY}' \
  -H 'postman-token: ' \
  -H 'x-application: {APP_ID}'

Congratulations, your Cloud Scalability Test should be running by now !
